How are tokens counted?
Tokens are the units of text processed by the AI. Both your input prompt and the AI response consume tokens. The dashboard shows real-time token usage after each request.
Do unused tokens expire?
Token credits remain in your account until used. There are no monthly expiration dates or forced top-up schedules.
Can I use GCash to top up?
Yes. The top-up flow supports Maya and QR PH, which includes GCash-compatible QR payment scanning where supported by the provider.
Is there a minimum top-up amount?
Top-up amounts are set through the dashboard payment flow. Check the current minimum on the top-up page after signing in.
