How to Set Up Your IPROG A.I Chatbot

From the dashboard, create a new chatbot agent. Give it a name, set custom instructions that define how it responds to visitors, and configure the branding to match your website.
Step 3: Upload Knowledge
Upload the content your chatbot should learn from. You can upload PDF documents, paste text content, or add structured FAQs. The chatbot will answer questions based on this knowledge base, not generic AI training data.
Step 4: Get Your Script Tag
Copy the embed script from your chatbot settings. It looks like a single HTML script tag with your unique API key.
Step 5: Paste Into Your Website
