Delete Your IPROG A.I Account

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open the AIAPI mobile app and sign in to your IPROG A.I account.
  2. Go to your account or profile area and choose Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion request in the app.
  4. If you cannot access the app, email admin+aiapi@iprogtech.com from the email address connected to your account.

Data Deleted

When your account is deleted in the AIAPI mobile app, your IPROG A.I client account is permanently deleted and you can no longer sign in. The application also deletes linked account records, including API keys, chat logs, wallet transactions, payment orders stored in IPROG A.I, chatbot settings, uploaded chatbot knowledge, and push notification records connected to that account.

Application Source Code Behavior

The current IPROG A.I application code does not use soft delete for mobile account deletion. It calls a permanent delete on the client account and destroys the linked records defined by the application. The source code does not create a retained account copy after this deletion succeeds.

Retention Period

In-app account deletion is processed immediately when the authenticated delete request succeeds. Because the application source code performs a permanent delete, it does not define a separate app-level retention period for deleted account database records.
